Has been a licensed funeral director since 1974.

Representing the fourth generation of family ownership, Jim joined the business with his father, Emmett A. Ratterman, Sr. and uncle Oscar S. Ratterman in 1970. Jim is active in many civic organizations and has been helping Louisville area families for over 30 years.
